Suitable access means your site has: a) space to park the truck; b) unload and load the truck, c) operate machinery; d) and a place to drop off and collect a skip bin (if it is required).

Clearances at the site also need to be considered. Not only on the ground, but overhead also. Inspect for clearance of trees, eaves, gutters, overhead power - basically anything that could be damaged or be an obstruction.

Disruption to services can be expensive and inconvenient.
Knowing the location of a) Sewage / Septic; b) Communications; c) Electrical; d) Plumbing (fresh & waste); e) gas, minimizes the chances of your services being disrupted.

Does your site work need approval?
If you need permission from; a) Owner / Leasing Agent; b) Neighbours; c) Shire Council, make sure it is done before the work commences.

Are there Plans / Designs / Drawings being provided?
Plans are not necessary on most jobs, but when a high level of accuracy is required, plans are essential.

HuskiGuy will need the contact details of the person (preferably on-site) authorised to give advise and make decisions.

If additional time / work beyond the initial booking is required; payment will be made via credit card before the HuskiGuy operator leaves the site.
A tax invoice is provided upon payment.
No credit options are offered.

HuskiGuy is not be contracted to handle, relocate or transport hazardous goods or materials. The transportation of such materials require permission. and need to be pre-arranged.

The operation of machinery on hard surfaces such as bitumen, concrete and paving will leave temporary tyre marks. On soft terrain such as grass or dirt, machinery tyres will damage the path of travel.
